Liebler will be joined by Frankie the K, Ted Nagy, Lou D Lou, Markita Moore & Carole Hoste to perform Detroit music selections with readings from jazz to hip hop ad the heaven was detroit anthology ( a library of michigan notable book awardee for 2017). his recent book  from The Wayne State University Press is still selling and quite popular: Heaven Was Detroit: Essays on Detroit Music from Jazz to Hip Hop and Beyond won the 2017 Michigan Notable Book and the Forward Book awards.
